​Adult Beginning Ballet is taught at the level of the newest, least experienced student. This class is appropriate for absolute beginners.

Adult Intermediate Ballet is a faster-paced intermediate level class.

​Adult Advanced Beginner Ballet is a mixed level class. We adjust the content and pace depending on the needs of the students.

Demi-Pointe / Pointe is an advanced beginner ballet class focused on foot and ankle exercises and demi-pointe ballet steps. Students with instructor permission may take this class on pointe.

On-Demand Classes

24/7 access to eight 30-minute classes, two warm-ups, lectures and journal exercises, with new classes every two months following our ongoing curriculum

Beginning Ballet Class for absolute beginner adult and teen ballet students. In this class we practice our muscle engagement and alignment in bringing the leg through the Retiré Passé position to Attitude front, side, and back. With instructor Kate Feinberg Robins www.findyourcenter-wellness.com

Music from "Finish Jhung and Bill Brown: New Music for Your Ballet Class."

Intermediate ballet class for students with previous experience. In this class we practice repetitions of more challenging steps including Grand Pliés and quick Pas de Chevals. With instructor Kate Feinberg Robins www.findyourcenter-wellness.com.

INSTRUCTORA
​Kate Feinberg Robins performed with the Cuyahoga Valley Youth Ballet from 1993-2000, dancing lead roles in ballets by Frances Patrelle and Micahel Vernon. She trained at Nan Klinger's Excellence in Dance, Ballet Hispánico, Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet, North Carolina School of the Arts, Chautauqua Institution, School of American Ballet, BalletMet, Ballet Cristina Helena (Brazil), and Richmond Ballet. She has taught ballet to professional flamenco dancers, young folk dancers and gymnasts in Chile and the US. She is a cultural and linguistic anthropologist (PhD) and an AFPA Certified Pilates Mat Instructor and Personal Trainer.

Kate Feinberg Robins bailó con la compañía de baile Cuyahoga Valley Youth Ballet entre 1993-2000, interpretando papeles principales en ballets de Francis Patrelle y Michael Vernon. Entrenó en Nan Klinger's Excellence in Dance, Ballet Hispánico, Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet, North Carolina School of the Arts, Chautauqua Institution, School of American Ballet, BalletMet, Ballet Cristina Helena (Brazil), y Richmond Ballet.
