​Recovery and Conditioning is intended to help alleviate pain, heal injuries, and address weaknesses. We'll help you find and practice exercises that address your individual needs.

Metabolic Resistance Training (MRT) offers an efficient way to improve metabolism and cardiorespiratory fitness while working upper body, lower body, and core muscles. MRT workouts are 7 minutes long and can be done in small spaces.

In this 10-minute conditioning session, we learn and practice 3 exercises for postural alignment that we can do while sitting in a chair at work. With Instructor Kate Feinberg Robins.

In this 10-minute recovery session, we stretch the inside and outside of our lower legs and feet. All stretches are in a standing position, so you may want to hold onto something to keep your balance while standing on one leg. With Instructor Kate Feinberg Robins.

In this 10-minute cardio session, we do a 7-minute metabolic interval training workout with exercises in the crab position and bear position.
