Metabolic Resistance Training (MRT) offers an efficient way to improve metabolism and burn fat. As parents, we love that we can do MRT in small spaces and in short bursts of time. As dancers and martial artists, we love that we can get creative with our exercise movements. Open to all levels of physical fitness.
