​Beginning Pilates Mat is taught at the level of the newest, least experienced students. This class is appropriate for students of all ability levels to work on the basics.

​Intermediate Pilates Mat is for students who are familiar and comfortable with basic Pilates technique.

Pilates Mat with a Stability Ball is for students of all levels who have stability balls. 
A stability ball (also called an exercise or balance ball) is a simple and affordable piece of equipment that can assist your Pilates practice by offering guidance or resistance to work with correct form, or providing an extra challenge to deepen the impact of an exercise.

Beginning Pilates Mat class for students of all ability levels to work on the basics, and for students with no previous Pilates experience. In this class we go through a full sequence of basic exercises with few repetitions. We focus on the flow of the sequence, getting a feel for how the exercises progress from the beginning to the end of a full routine. Instructor Kate Feinberg Robins www.findyourcenter-wellness.com

Intermediate Pilates Mat class for students who have the strength and mobility to easily execute basic Pilates Mat exercises. This class focuses on the details of the Roll-Up and Neck Pull. INSTRUCTORA
​Kate Feinberg Robins is an AFPA Certified Pilates Mat Instructor and Persoanl Trainer. She applies Pilates principles to her dance teaching and practice, and uses Pilates Mat exercises to move about her daily life with strength and confidence. She is also a cultural and linguistic anthropologist (PhD).

Kate Feinberg Robins es certificada por AFPA como Instructora de Pilates Mat y Entrenadora Personal. Ella aplica los principios de Pilates en su enseñanza y práctica de baile, y usa los ejercicios de Pilates Mat para moverse con fuerza y confianza en la vida diaria. También es antropóloga cultural y lingüística (PhD).
