Upper Body, Lower Body, Core

Each section of Strength and Stretch videos includes a session focused on upper body, one focused on lower body, and one focused on core muscles. As the sessions rotate throughout the year, there will always be at least one session for each muscle group at each level. There is overlap between the upper core and upper body muscles, and between the lower core and lower body muscles:

Upper Body includes hands, wrists, arms, neck, shoulders, chest, and upper back.

Lower Body includes feet, ankles, legs, and hips.

Core includes abdominals, obliques, back, and hips.
